CASS Automotive Engineering is an automotive repair and mechanical engineering workshop on Voortrekker Road in Maitland, Cape Town. We specialise in precision engine rebuilds, machining and general motor reconditioning.
Engine work is unforgiving. A bore honed a fraction too large, a head skimmed out of true or a crank ground off-centre will show up as smoke, noise or failure within months. That is why we do the machining ourselves, on our own equipment, and measure everything twice.
Alongside the engineering side we run a general mechanical workshop, so the same team that rebuilds your engine can service your vehicle, diagnose a fault or fit a clutch.
